I hope everyone had a wonderful, long Memorial Day weekend! Ours wasn't to bad. We celebrated Lakin turning 6 on Saturday, spent the afternoon at mom's on Sunday so the kids could swim and back to mom's on Monday for a little cookout...where I might add, I made the best stuffed pork chops! Wish I had a picture of those....yummy ( thanks to the retired chef that gave me the basic recipe!! )! I didn't get as many pictures as I normally do....but for some reason not everyone likes me snapping pictures of them!??? Anywaaaaayyyyy...everyone have a GRRRRRReat rest of your week...we're really wishing we had a pool to get us through these 90 degree temps!
